If you are owner of a flat in a jointly- owned building of a site, every owner must have his own acces: no distributions is allowed. |

Each membership is personal: if your site has an coowner or a partner, both must be member of Marcela's Design. Of equal way with the Licenses, both must have license.No Exceptions !!! |

You don't need to have a website but if you have one I do ask you to give me your URL |

You must have your logo with Link to http://www.marcelasdesign.com in the place of your memberships.
You are 5 days to raise it your site. If happened that period of time you do not do fact, will be suspended your membership to it until you raise the logo. |

You must renew before you membership expires, otherwise you will have to pay the regular price |

You must have a link back to http://www.marcelasdesign.com on every page where my graphics appear |

Line art, tubes you have made with my outlines are sitll the copyright of Marcela's Design.
Do not calim them as your own creations.You always must employ to the credit to Marcela's Design, and in case another creator to him is also mentioned. Not exceptions |

You can not share any material from my club in groups, forums, email chains, with friends or on CD |

You can not change my outlines IN ANYTHING |

You can make tubes with my outlines and sell ONLY IF YOU HAVE A LICENSE AND AN ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP |

If you have a tube license but its membership expires, can not sell the tubes made with my outlines or any design where you use my material. NEED TO RENEW A NEW TIME IN MY CLUB. |

The Tube License is personal and only purchase once, but needs to be an active member on the site to use it |

Tube License is required to tube all lines here in Marcela's Design and there is only one time fee and the tube license is valid for lifetime but your membership needs to be active |

You CAN NOT tubes "as-is" with the license only permitted end use tubes. No exception !!! |

Tube License holders may offer the colored outlines (not the outlines itself) as tube packs either for profit or in their passwoerd protected members area buth the tubes may NOT be offered As Is. |

You can join if you're the owner of a BLOG, MULTIPLY or LIVE JOURNAL or similar site but you have to give me access to your private area. You have to add my logo on your public page and not only in your members area (if not, membership will be deleted) |

As for any thing, there are rules and by becoming member to Marcela's Design, you accept these rules and you promist to respect them.Here are rules to be respected, if not your count will be abolished and it withoud any refund.
I save right to cancel the subscription of a person having a behaviour which is not compatible with the mind of the site. |

The reproduction of my material in groups of any nature (msn, yahoo, ning, multiply, etc, in forums or any other type of groups that appears) in cds is prohibited, recordings, emails, in sites to the public generally or of any other opposite way to my terms. No exception. |
